cuz ella told me you can and he is a super admin and i trust him so i trust his word but when a user come and tell me you can't i wont belive him
and i wasn't banned for exploit i was banned for harrassment :'(

If Ella was the one that told you then he would have taken responsibility immediately and gotten you unbanned within hours
