Story/Situation - i was talking to my friend about icecream and i said i had an nogger and he said noboady liked that so i was asking if someboady liked noggers (not thinking that it could bean racial slur) so i asked it and i got gagged and i got warned for the conversation about noggers {ice cream}
i get it sounds like an racistic word but i said that is was an icecream and i dident think of an racial slur

Proof buddy, I want to see that you and your friend where talking about icecream. Otherwise you know damn right what you where trying to do. Guilty until proved otherwise in my eyes.

After talking to ELT I have decided to deny this appeal. You used the word without any context that would lead us to believe you are talking about the ice-cream and not loopholing racism. Please be more careful in the future.
