How long ago did this happen?

I removed the ban yesterday when the lag fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience, before I was in touch with Raeker and DEADMONSTOR the staff team had to take action on possible entity/prop lag. Sorry for the inconvenience.
This can be locked, the ban got removed an hour afterwards by me.

Edit: You did propspam twice, even after a verbal pretty hard, but it was not the source of the lag.
