Story/Situation - What happened? Some dude shot in the sky and I felt threatned so I shot him in the leg once as a warning as he pulled at another psg and starts pointing it at me and moving it when I move First 30 seconds of the video

The only reason this warning was issued because of his very recent(est) recent warning of RDM, which urges me to think that Baxter is not following the rules, and the intent there was to RDM him. I was iffy on it aswell, but I cannot see how a random gunshot that was not really near them is an RP reason to shoot at someone. However, I do find the situation iffy, and I do want second opinions on this.

I've always been a strong advocate for the threatening behaviour thing because I like serious RP and it adds to RP, but this is an utter and absolute stretch of it. The rule is meant to be applied to situations in which a user shoots at another user but misses etc., not when someone shoots in the sky lol.

Punishment was fine, I'd go as far as to say that you're loopholing Baxter.

Are you kidding me lol?

What basically happened was i was going to the tunnel and i got shot by baxter, so i turned on my recording went back and shot one bullet straight in the sky (with no intention to harm him in any way).
That got ur attention leading you to shoot me in the leg where i pull out my psg warning you that i will shove it somewhere if you shoot again.

Id did not shoot near you in anyway nor was i close to you there was a good distance between us so this is yet another silly try.
You can not shoot people for shooting in the sky for the reason " i felt threatned".

Although warning someone for shooting someone in the leg is something very minor, I'm still going to deny this. Rather than you coming here apologising for it and trying to argue it was a minor thing, you're trying use the excuse: "I felt threatened" which is completly false as he shot in the sky and pulled the gun out as self deffence as u were pointing a gun too. The warning is right and will stay.
