Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned?Ban evading

Server - What server did you get banned from? any ssrp server

Time - How long were you banned for? Permanent

Story - What happened? First I got banned for 10 recents two days later I joined from my alt account and it showed me the rules tab and I saw the ban evading and left but I got permabanned on both my accounts I read the rules couple times and understood whats right and what is wrong

Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what... Nope

Reasons: Zarp Is Fun And i want to play it with my friends do funny stuff role play i mean i want to have fun in garrysmod and in zarp i will follow rules
Meme Reasons Dont take serious : im kid thats 13 and wants to bully big boys and then they bully me rip suits and big boy guns play with friends and do troll stuff but no rulebreaking

1.6 Avoiding Punishment - When being addressed by a staff member out of character, do not disconnect without their permission. Do not attempt to evade your punishments by creating new accounts or rejoining the servers.

The rule clearly wrote that you are not allowed to create alt to avoid punishments, instead of waiting 2 weeks until your ban is gone you created a new account and joined back in and now you have to face the consequences. You are free to make another appeal when you read the rules clear enough again.
