Reason - Attempting to crash the server

Time - Last Sunday at 4:15 AM
Story - I and a friend were in the back of another players base, we didn't really know him, we were spawning printers and blowing them up just messing around. We then went outside of the base and put the printers inside of a cargo container and were spawning printers and decided to explode them. I was not aware that it would lag the server just by exploding printers.

Extra Information - I am very sorry to anyone that was affected by the lag that the printers caused. Like I said before I was unaware that blowing up the printers would lag the server. It's only been a couple days I have been banned and I really want a second chance, Seeing as I was unaware. In all honesty, I thought that the printers would just explode each other instead of exploding the server with lag. I deeply apologize to anyone and any staff members affected. This is the first time I have ever been banned for something like this and I will never pull any action like this again. Thank you for taking your time to look at this ban appeal and read it fully

EDIT - Instead of banning when your PC cant handle a printer exploding, how about you get a better computer cause if it did effect the server at all, it was very minimally to the extent to where no player would notice it.

I have never heard blowing up printers will affect the server only if you spam prop or slams

In my honest opinion, if you did not realize it was going to lag the server you should be unbanned and its the first time i have ever heard of printers lagging the server when exploding. You have been banned for two days for something you did not realize was gonna happen

Hello Smol Dong,

Firstly: after speaking to you and others involved, there was no malicious intent when you lagged the server. What you did was use an EMP to destroy some printers to start a bonfire. This did in fact cause lag to the server, but you did not do this repeatedly or with any malicious intent. You did not try to crash the server and therefore the ban is invalid.

However, perhaps the most important factor in this situation, a staff member was actually involved in this supposed "crashing attempt". A moderator wasn't just part of the situation, they actually encouraged and even came up with the ideas for this particular scenario. No user should be punished as a result of the miss-information given by a staff member. The staff member has already been spoken to about this.

You should not have been banned. I have overruled all bans given by Dankek regarding this situation and will discuss it in great depth with him at the earliest opportunity.
