Kalll has resigned and went off for a bit as i spoke with him and he wants to spend time away from ZARP for the time being as for reasons i will not say but you cannot pay him until he returns which may not be for a long time... But someone else got unbanned for scamming and they didnt pay the person back who doesnt play anymore and there was clear evidence so it will be decided by whoever handles. Good luck i guess..
