Story - I was spawning in blacklisted props using adv dupe and throwing them down tunnels, I didn't use the dupes to kill people, I was just messing around with them and I got told to stop, I kept spawning the props, and eventually I wasn't spawning explosives but just random dupes I had saved of props that weren't even blacklisted at the time I made them. The train prop didn't used to be blacklisted and I spawned it in, I spawned in dupes with props that still aren't blacklisted, but after that nothing else. I rejoined the server about 10 mins after and Ella was there waiting for me talking with ian who I guess recorded it, (surprise that guy will literally do anything to get me in trouble). But I understand it was a stupid mistake and I didn't use the props for malicious purposes.

I think a perm is very harsh if you weren't harming anyone's RP experience

Exploiting is punishable by a ban but a kick/verbal is more appropriate for a first-time offense, definitely not a perm ban.

As I was not there I can't really judge the situation but here is my opinion on the whole prop exploiting madness right now.

• If you use those barrels like Klaprefot did to raid a nuke and try to rip peoples suits etc, you will be perma banned.


• If you go around giving people the exploit so they can use it and cause troubles on the servers you will also be perma banned.


• If you spawn it in and only thing you did is mes around a bit, hurting no one, sharing the exploit with no one a simple talk or warning can solve the issue.


• If you carry on doing the same thing after you got talked to but you still not hurting others then a short ban would be the best

i remember when ya did, cause someway some props was under my name so i almost got perm banned but i did not spawn em in xd

After having spoken to you, Ian and Ella, we have decided to lower your ban to three weeks. You knew full well what you were doing wrong, but you were never properly approached about spawning in blacklisted props and were never informed to stop aside through an OOC message. Regardless I do advice you to take these few weeks to overthink your behaviour on the server. It has improved from what it was before, but that does not mean that you're suddenly an angel. I'd appreciate it if you could try to stop blatantly rulebreaking behaviour like you've shown here. I know you can do it, you know you can do it, you just have to actually do it.
