What I am getting from this is that you were warned for the RDM as a punishment and you were slayer due to rdming someone and they didn’t want you continue playing that round. The Reason for the slay is rdm just so people will know.

I am going to be denying this appeal, the screenshot you have provided really doesn't add much to the story and from it seems, you just were not being careful enough in the given situation, in future you need to either leave deciding who is KOS to the warden or being much more careful.
