Story/Situation
I killed a guy who was outside his cell, running towards a hidden corner of the map.
The warden didn't tell anyone to leave their cells.
A few rounds later I was warned for RDM, happy made no attempt to ask me what happened and didnt even try to talk to me.

I think I remember this. It was RDM on me, he actually said like a million time respond to report and like answer me. Your responsibility you did not.

After speaking with Happy and checking the server, You never responded to Happy. The cell doors were opened and there was no instructions given that if you left your cell was KOS. The punishment is valid.
