As Dingo is a moderator, its safe to assume you were banned by console, not him. Console bans you for 1 hour after you obtain a certain amount of active punishments (4/5 i think).

Hi Rekt,

After speaking to Dingo about the situation here are my results and my outcome;

Firstly, Dingo is a Moderator therefore he's unable to actually ban, hence this was an automated ban by the warning system.
Secondly, While you do respawn after the warm up round has finished and the live round begins, in no way shape or form is prop abuse allowed, it might not have that big of an impact on the actual gameplay itself, but prop abuse is still not allowed, during the warm up round or during the live round.
Thirdly, While a simple verbal warning could of sufficed as it was during the warm up round, you do have a previous history of Prop Abuse and a warning for doing what you did is perfectly warranted.

Overall, Dingo has done nothing wrong in this situation and I would advice you to be more careful from now on to avoid anymore punishments as it could result in harsher punishments as time goes on.
