Story/Situation - philip warned me for nlr when i didnt have nlr. froze me and mumbled some rude words, ignored me and left.

extra information- didnt even give me a sit or listen to me and has been constantly harrassing me and calling me names. he has a big grudge against me and tells admins that im a rule breaker when i havent even done anything wrong.

Might only be me but the video sound is quite low which would make this difficult to handle

You knew that it hadnt been 3 minutes so therefore shouldnt of returned

In the video he says that he killed you. I presume this means that he killed you in spawn, something that you must have been aware of. Therefore you broke NLR when you arrested him, assuming that there was a clientside glitch that did not show the NLR on your screen.

You can clearly see here he killed you.

You respawned and ran over to instantly arrest him breaking NLR.

As you can still see he warned you well before the 3 minute restriction you would be under would be over.

You clearly broke NLR and now lying about it to get Philips in trouble absolutely pathetic. I'll make sure to let everyone know to watch out for your lying ass.
