The point is he still has access to it and can go back on it to I guess ban evade whenever he wants. Staff can't be liable for that.

alright his is why it could of helped if you filled out the template properly telling the story to us.

So, you got banned and then your brother played on this account but you got cought on it and ended up getting the account banned. However your main is not banned now. So you want this account unbanned.
