TOPIC: [SSRP] Nafe's Permanent Ban Appeal

Story -
Bazaraxe, ArdiEmma and I joined SSRP at 01:30BST on a Friday Night and server had roughly 20 or less players on 90% of which were AFK. We ran around for a few minutes and messed about in a group of three with nobody else -- mind you only killing each other randomly as we were running around, we then got to the car dealer and spawned cars and started driving backwards and forward until ArdiEmma prop pushes my car a bit too far as a joke, OxyFoxy sees him and goes to punish him but after I had mentioned I was fine with it and I I don't wish for him to be punished over something that affected nobody but me. Anyways after talking for 2 or so minutes I ran OxyFoxy over as a joke and immediately revived him, he said "it was funny but don't do it again". After that we continued to drive our cars backwards and forwards.

We continued doing this for at least 10 minutes until EiPUS who was incognito under some odd alias kept saying "Why did you CDM him" to which I immaturely responded every time he asked "your mum is a CDM", which is in no way offensive and even if the person didn't know you shouldn't take it as offence, it's clearly not intended to be offensive, I was just attempting to look stupid and like someone who was just trying to look funny, this continued for another good 10 minutes before I stopped using cars before I decided I would end up accidentally running someone over and getting punished. I ended up just running around being followed by EiPUS who kept asking me about why I was running people over constantly, not knowing it was a hidden admin I lost my temper with someone following me asking me the same question so when I ended up standing still for 5 minutes with the same person asking me the same question over and over again so I just said "Stop looking at me you snide prick". I then prop pushed ArdiEmma's Lamboroghini about 5 feet into I think it was Bazaraxe or another person, regardless it was an accident since his car was stuck. I think my car must have hit two people because I did kill Bazaraxe but I revived him because he didn't respawn.

It ended up with me turning around seeing this gun dealer noclipping behind me and then becoming EiPUS saying "You just don't learn do you?" me being pretty confused get taken to a roof getting told I was mass CDMing when all I did was kill two people, to my knowledge I had only killed one. I did kill Tamaninja and Oxyfoxy apparently but whilst I was in the admin sit I wrote in OOC "Tamaninja did I annoy or bother you when I ran you over" to which he responded "Yeah you ripped my defib, it was a bit annoying, but I don't really care." I obviously offered to refund him but I can't now since I have been permanently banned.

Overall the ban reason was because I "Mass CDM'd, Disrespected and Prop Pushed", this obviously isn't actually stated in the ban reason but that's what I was told by EiPUS.

After I was banned I kept messaging Narexa who was on at the time and kept showing me the targeting I experienced from EiPUS, I am actually surprised I went nearly 5 months mass rulebreaking to never get permabanned but the second I show change and go nearly 3 whole weeks with no punishments I am clearly "on thin ice" and un-trusted on the servers, which is a joke. Clearly I was showing changed, my attitude took such a turn I was actually getting praise from admins again. He also stated that the ban was "Fair because it's Nafe".

Meanwhile all my friends did worse than I and only received a jail with a similar if not worse rapsheet.

Extra Information -
The proof is going to supply of more than just what is necessary, since it was quiet on the server the console wasn't spammed too much and I can effectively show what happened in chat from start to finish.

This also isn't the first time EiPUS has been very bias and targeted users before according to certain staff members, I can't say if this is 100% true or not but this was definitely targeting me as over the week he kept trying to punish me for such "harassing Ashur" when all I did was say to Niko "go to WH district lol" in all caps, shortly before that Ashur and EiPUS were trying to say PD means Police District and not Police Department, so I started calling other districts by their shortened names and he said it was harassment.

EDIT: I wanted to make it clear, I will happily take a ban reduction, providing I can come back and continue to prove I am on the path to change and more, then I am happy.

I don't see why you should be permabanned with zero recent punishments and no punishments in over a month.

I had a long ass discussion with Latram about JMT's ban when the kid only had a few recents and no actual proper harsh punishments in a long ass time. This is even worse: the fact that not even a single warning of any kind was handed out before the ban is not proper staffing, or even close to how the ban command should be used.

I will not comment on EiPUS's attitude. I would like to determine it from the screenshots, not from yoyr story, and since it's 6 AM I should really be sleeping instead.

Sorry what was EiPUS's undercover name? Becauwe looking through the console I don't necessarily see EiPUS say anything majorly terrible aside from some unneeded hostility.

Just to clarify since Raeker seemed to got confused, since I wanted to supply as much proof as possible I decided to screenshot the logs from log in to ban regardless of if I really only needed one screenshot, I did this to show I wasn't being racist or anything of the sort. This way I am not hiding anything. It's not there to show him disrespecting me it's just sort of there to show the chat and that's about it, also Oxyfoxy taking me to a sit saying "don't do it again" and Tamaninja saying he was okay with it.

Since when do people get permed for anything but hacking/cm bans. Is eipus actually retarded lmfao. I'd understand a 2 month ban because you just got off a 4 week ban but perm is pretty autistic.

Excuse me? Nafe he seriously reformed recently, he stopped breaking rules a while ago and has actually fixed up his attitude. A permanent ban without any recent punishments is too harsh. Good luck man!
