We were in the small room he threw a grenade which was a smoke grenade but I saw as a fire grenade and have killed him.

This is why you shouldn't throw any type of grenade at people, cus if someone throws a grenade at me i'm expect to wait and see if its a smoke and i find that kinda bs. In any case i think it was harsh to warn for a simple mistake.

Though it would've been RDM i feel it could've been taken more easily and had it explained to him & also just given a verbal this way he wouldn't have done it again, Hopefully
