Story - What happend? I was just rp'ing and someone in started saying racial slurs in his mic like the n word, this offended me and a moderator was next to him. Apparently the mod didnt hear him and i said in /ooc "i love how XXXTENTACTION can say ***** and a mod is right next to him and gets away with it. I got tp'd and Ella was there saying how "we have 0 policy towards saying those kinds of words even worse in ooc, i explained to him how i was just saying i was just saying as an example and NOT in a racist way, sadly he didn't accept my apology.
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happend? You can ask ella and eric
Extra information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban. I know racism isn't a good thing and all but i suggest remaking the rule for racism and removing the "0 policy" thing since i think its over the top i think it would be good if people were allowed to say it as an example or anything that doesn't have to involve racism in it, if someone says it in an insulting way sure ban him but please think about it.

To be honest you're lucky this was only 24h, as Racism isn't supported by the Ethos it can be handled in their own way meaning this couldve been like e.g. 1 week and since you done it in OOC aswell which means everyone could see it, I'd prob give longer for that but tbf im not SSRP staff they can handle it how they like but Good luck with this appeal you dont have my support

Writing the full word in OOC is not acceptable and a ban should be set. I'll not handle this one but I think that you need to wait out.

Racism isn't tolerated at all, you should wait out the ban

We had a debate about this a few days ago on TTT, but if you are saying someone else has said it, or using it as a fact (eg. I got banned for 2 days for saying retard) I think that you should not be banned and at the up most a warn, with a verbal warning probably being necessary

Handling
