Story/Situation - What happened?
So I was near Tower jumped into the Water bcs I got shoots. A player which called „GHOST445“ was on the water and I jumped at his head an we both got damage but the problem was he thinked I shooted him and he tried that someone jump at his head bcs after it he was in the water again. And again.

It does kinda look like a bit of an unfair punishment and you did land on someones head which i have done manyyyy times. And have killed many people landing on heads when i just jump off tower. A verbal warning is all i would of gave if i know you don't always do it.

I have spoken to Owl and i have decided to deny this appeal. He told me that you responded to the report "i never shot you" and then he told me you left after doing so. He feels the punishment was well deserved and it will not be removed off of the rap sheet.I suggest in future when jumping off tower be more careful. This has been denied.

Raeker wrote: Given his response to the report it seems he clearly had no idea how he had killed someone so it was most likely an accident that he landed on someone. Personally in this situation even if the user had left(which he should not have with a report on him) if the logs show him landing on someone i would give them the benefit of the doubt and let them off.
