Sorry for the long waiting time. I just woke up and OxyFoxy messages me about 5 Hours ago. It will take a little bit longer until your Ban Appeal can be handled. However speaking about your Attitude. The attitude i experienced during my Sit with you and Asylum you acted really Immature and tried anything to cause unneeded Drama. At the end of the day you did not try to actually enter the PD you simply left the PD district after you killed Asylum in his Hyper. And honestly, i couldn't care less about in-game items but at the end of the Day you simply RDMed him. As well as this was the first Punishment i've given to you, you would've been Banned after the 5th or 6th already. Well OxyFoxy will reply to this later.

If the guy is a few feet facing away from you I would almost argue that is not immefiately threatening, but an important difference is that rocket launchers both deal more damage and have a higher area of attack (sorry it's 4 AM and my brain can't think of words), meaning people a few feet away from where the rocket lands can still be hurt by it. That is not the case here.

Besides, RPGs are a lot more intimidating than most other weapons, partly because of the possible damage they can cause.

He was pretty damn close to him with the M202.

I don't know the context from this video and have no idea how everyone got where they are, but I would personally not feel threatened if someone was standing so far (or close) away from me, looking opposite of me carrying a firearm like that. Take that with a grain of salt if you so please, but the fact that he screams "Rip hyper rip hyper" doesn't help his case - if anything it only emphasises the idea that he did it purely to rip a suit and is now trying to loophole around the rules to get unbanned.

This is why I say he should fix his attitude. Not because I dislike him (I don't even know him) but because of his evasive attitude where he tries to pin the issue on other people without ever having to claim responsibility for his own actuons. He had eight recent punishments before getting banned. Eight. It isn't that hard to not get punished, you know, and if it were up to me he'd already have been banned around the 5th or 6th punishment.

At least be man enough to say "You know what, you're right: I acted like an entitled cunt. Sorry, I'll accept the punishment that was given to me." I have a lot more respect for people like that than people that think they can get away with breaking rules and complain when it backfires.

why are you assuming my attitude when even you said you don't know me and you are basing it off of 1 video

"Everyone can raid however they want" although that is true, it is not fully accurate. When you raid you should do so with the intention of raiding. You can't just enter someone's house, kill them and then go back out whilst ignoring everything else in the house that normal raiders would pay attention to, because that isn't a raid that's just plain RDM. You're then raiding with the intention of killing one or two people, not with the intention of raiding their base.

TL;DR: You do raiding with the intention of raiding. If you don't do it with that intention, then it cannot be interpreted as a valid raid.

I'm pretty sure he was trying to cut down on the recents, I havent been as active but I dont see him rulebreak at all when I am there, and I know he doesn't want to get banned. Your also calling him a cunt when you don't even know him?

I said he acted like a cunt, I never called him one. Like I said, I'm sure he's a good guy and a great friend, but don't act all high and mighty as you laugh when you rip someone's suit and get banned because it was a blatantly dickish move that can almost definitely be called RDM.

Sorry, I'm sure he's a great guy and all that, but if you don't want it that peoplr call you out for acting like a cunt then simply don't act like one.

I do have to say that it is commenable for him to try to cut out the recents, it definitely shows some sort of respect, but I'd still like to see a massive attitude change from him, because this kinda stuff is just a dick move.

more than half of my recents are false but I don't bother to report them because I don't feel like wasting my time because an admin is being corrupt or does not know the rules

Firstly admins aren’t corrupt for warning you because you broke rules
Secondly, you can’t say the admins don’t know the rules when you clearly don’t judging by your recents
And finally if they are actually false and you didn’t want to get banned you would of appealed them, but of course they aren’t because looking at things you find rule breaking funny
