Story/Situation - What happened?
well then, i climbed the tower in minecraft, only to meet up with 3 others. we then had a guy shoot us and 2 of us shot him back. the third was sitting around in the corner with his m24 rifle. then after killing the traitor, the one who shot him with me then suddenly went up the the guy that is sitting and shot him straight in the face.i killed that guy for starting the shots then he reported me with "don't join gun fights". i only killed him for being the first to shoot and killing the guy right infront of me.
I believe that is not rdm and i didnt join a gun fight, i killed the one who started after the gunfight ended.

I have been given the warning before the admins/mods even talked it through with me. It was kind of unfair how i got warned then we cleared the misunderstanding.

The Person you killed and reported you was Dante Wallace , who is the person that killed the Traitor.
You needed to give time for Wallace to ID the body before shooting him , otherwise he wouldn't have reported you .

After speaking to both Hanzo and Longshot, I have concluded the following;

Hanzo, in the situation that was described not only by yourself but also Longshot, you had in fact Joined a Gunfight, however I do agree that in this situation, a chat should of been opened that way it could of been clarified in-game.
That being said, after speaking to the both of you, Longshot and I have decided to removing your warning and issuing this as a verbal warning due to you being a newer player to our server.

Once again, you did break one of our server rules, which at the time you stated you did not in fact know about it nor the rules, which were linked after the punishment had been decided, so please take this as a reminder to read our server rules and make sure that you're aware of them for next time you're on our server!
