Story/Situation -
Giving the following video some context, I saw rob878787 snipe another player in the tower without KOS, I paused for a few moments to allow him to either, go check the body or explain himself, when he gave no indication of doing so I killed him. rob878787 turned out to be innocent, his victim was a traitor. I had no oppurtunity to explain my actions, Harry RDM Squatta said 'he was running off to check the body' but as you can see, that clearly wasnt the case.

A bit of self criticism, I could have allowed a bit longer or tried to communicate with rob878787 / go check the body myself, so theres that.

My question, is this really punishable?

Edit: Realised the warning was for 'Dont get involved in gun fights' not 'RDM'

Hello,

I have reviewed your appeal and spoke to Harry RDM Squatta and Raeker, and I have decided to accept this punishment appeal based on the fact that there is no evidence of 2.4, and your actions were clearly listed under 2.5 Valid KOS reasons:

The Rules wrote:

2.5 Valid KOS reasons
There are many KOS reasons and they all work in different situations and scenarios, here are a few;

- Holding/Using a Traitor only weapon without announcing that he got it from a traitor.
- Ignoring unidentified bodies/C4 etc.
- Declaring invalid KOS on other players
- Turning themselves in I.e "I'm a traitor, in the traitor room" etc.
- Seeing a player inside of a Traitor only room.
- Failure to answer to a life check.
- Throwing a incendiary grenade that damages other players near the player.
- Pushing someone with a crowbar near an edge or hazard.
- Throwing the Golden block in unreachable spots.
- Attempting to hide diamond blocks from innocents.

However, we do greatly advise you to hold your trigger finger, to prevent a situation like this, as that was a very short amount of time allowed for him to either act on it or explain himself.
