Someone next to me was shooting, so I turned around and killed him or her.

-The fact whether it was RDM or not is questionable. Vakarian obviously thought it was RDM, but I and probably some others do not, due to the fact that it is KOSable if someone is shooting.
-Second I think it is kind of harsh to just give me a warn for a RDM, which is very questionable. This was my first offense in like a couple months, and yeah just really harsh to not give me a verbal.

This is not a personal attack on this moderator, just on the punishment!

Some may be under the belief that due to your previous staff position on the server, you should know better, however as you said it is questionable whether or not it was RDM. I believe you acted under impulse, and that it was a very minor mistake, if a mistake at all. Considering your clean rap sheet, this warn wasn't needed IMO.

Not gonna go through the formal BBcode and process you aren't a normal user, you are our friend. After I talked to Vakarian he said that what happened is you did random deathmatch but admitted to it straight away and the only reason he issued the punishment was because the victim didn't like to forgive you but after seeing you more in-game , seeing your attitude and overall behavior he indeed agreed a warn was too harsh. With great happiness, i have to tell you that this appeal is accepted! Now you can re-apply again thank you very much!
