TOPIC: My Permament Ban

Hello, I would like to submit an appeal to lift my ban from Zarp SSRP Server 1. A year ago, when I barely knew English and the rules of DarkRP I didn't know what was going on. I had massively arrested everyone and I couldn't say anything in English. I believe that I'll be more familiar with RP and I will be able to explain myself from various things I have committed.
