Story/Situation - What happened?
me and Clarky were playing taunts for a laugh on the server we both got warned for "ear rape" when it really wasn't its just we were the only ones playing taunts we came on to have fun NOT TO TROLL SO FUCK OFF SAYING ITS A TROLL and basically i used a taunt i use all the time even in front of lead team and i got warned by ashur along with Clarky however clarky's got removed and mine didn't which is bullshit as we did the same thing and this just shows how biased the staff member and staff team in general is towards me. yeah utter bull shit as my taunt wasn't even effecting anyone and wasn't even disrespectful or racist so fuck knows why i was actually warned as thats the only rules behind the web taunt in game feature

1) i dont want Jim jam or xnator to handle this because they will have biased opinions towards ashur and against me.
2) its bull shit how clarky's get removed but mine doesn't out of pure hate and spite towards me
3) no actual rule was broken and no one was effected so i dont see why i was actually warned
4) if the taunt is not allowed to be played you can prevent them from being played as done with the racist taunts and the "paramontana" web taunt so if it wasn't allowed to be used why isn't it blocked. so yeah why warn me for something thats clearly allowed as it was never blocked in the web taunt menu so his logic is flawed when saying its not allowed when it is

I have no issue with the fact that you're appealing, but if you spam the forums with appeals, you can get forum banned, so please keep that in mind.
I dislike the fact that people were warned for this without it being fully clear in the rules, and I would personally have left it at a verbal warning, however the warn in itself is perfectly valid, due to the interpretation of the rules and the fact that it can be linked back into trolling and spam, as I said on your report abuse. A good rule for us to add to make this clearer would be one like the rule we have on Prophunt:



Also, we cannot block "earrape" taunts as a whole, we can only block either taunts containing a specific word in the file name or specific taunts. Going through and doing this for every taunt that is "earrape" would be horribly inefficient and take far too long, and there will always be taunts that we miss out.
