Literally no idea, it's been like 2 or 3 years since I was banned and It doesn't show who done it.
Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned?
Literally have no idea. I used to break a lot of rules when I first started playing Gmod because I was a kid and stupid lol.

I'm pretty sure there was only one server, not sure though.

Permanent.

Isn't this the same as reason? I had broken some rules and got a permanent ban so yeah.
