I have asked you not to make the stacked welded props and unfreeze them as it can cause serious problems involving: lag, server crash, shacking etc. yet you still made a new even worse one to cause trouble on the server	SkeletonWarrior Offline Diamond Boarder A Pure Legend! meanwhile a guy is throwing his props all over the map, and he gets away without a punishment O.o
and the first time i did it, none of the props were colliding with anything... so it was actually the guy throwing his props around causing the lag...

I've talked with Skeleton and decided to deny your appeal. You broke several rules -> face the consequences. A little effort into the appeal won't hurt either.
