Story/Situation - What happened?
I was defending a nuke from another district since I had NLR which a Moderator, whos name I shall not say, told me I was aloud to do. I was killing cops from another district when I was warned for NLR so I was very confused. I made an F1 and I was informed that the Moderator who told me I was aloud to do this acctually didn't know the rules. I was told to apply on forums.

Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your warning(s)?
I am applying for Mod so it would be great if it could be removed. Also, I was not aware some rules had changed since I was inactive for 200 days.

So you're too lazy to read the rules and you refuse to say who the this moderator is, also wasn't it an admin before you seem a bit foggy on the facts. Almost as if you're not being entirely honest about this all? Hm.

You were shooting into the district you had NLR in, there was no rule change about this as it's always been a rule so your inactivity is no excuse.
