TOPIC: Unneccessary ban (again)

Ban Reason - 5 Recents + Leaving Sit
Time - Was 2 days, now reduced to 1
Server - All RP Servers
Story/Situation (What Happened?) - Got banned during sit while under accusation of RDM (no evidence proving this). Had 4 recents then got given a 5th (was not told what it was) and was banned initially for 2 days for 5 recents + leaving sit (where me and the accuser jumped off the roof to get presents and magik said "i wont hold this against you"). I dont see why I'm still banned seeming as I wasnt told what the 5th recent was

Extra Information - Magik Harper and the guy accusing me were giggling with laughter leading up to my ban and I don't think the accused was warned for leaving sit, so if the 5th recent was for leaving sit then an admin lied to me. This conduct is really annoying me and I am annoyed that my rapsheet includes things that have been repealed by previous posts on these forums e.g. racism where i cited fbi statistics or my previous ban which was given under incorrect pretenses. If this happens again, I will leave this server - the community is just toxic and some admins seem to be no exception at times.

Oh and if I lose my streak for Daily Objectives, I will not be happy - Im 2 days away from ice case and money I need to pay into my gang (6th day being today)

If you don’t provide any evidence then this is most probably going to get denied. Also if you lied in this an admin can say you did and this will be denied so its the best to tell the truth

Of course lying wouldn't help you, but we need evidence to see if the staff member treated you unfairly. I always advice all users to use recording software such as plays.tv to use as proof in these situations.

Under regular circumstances I would look into this myself, however I won't be home until tommorow. In response to your last appeal Spicy mentioned that you had a lot of recents so I will assume you have more than 5, although I cannot be sure.

Your racism appeal has not been accepted, your ban appeal was. Spicy told you, although maybe not clearly enough, that you should make a seperate appeal for the racism punishment.

I had 4 recents, 1 for racism and 3 arrest mistakes i believe. The 5th one seemed unlikely - also kinda sad I need to record every second of my activity on the server to stop rule breakers. The enjoyment is just sucked right out having to accuse those who maintain the server of gross negligence. I've had more problems with staff than with people because the power of randoms on the servers is significantly limited unlike admins and mods.

Sorry, I tried to get someone to deal with this but failed. I will still be looking into this for you when I properly have the time to this evening, however this is basically denied because your ban has expired (or it should have expired by now anyways).
