Him/Her is banned on dr for 2 days i believe, if he isn't unbanned on forums before then this should probs be locked

I mean if i remember correctly u get 1 day to successfully fill in the template before it is requested to be locked and since the lowest forum ban is a day he is unable to do so... therefore i think this can be locked if he is unbanned on the forums and wants to appeal it the day after he is unbanned he can as long as he uses the template of course

After reviewing your appeal i have come to the conclusion that this appeal will be After being banned on Deathrun you have come on the forums, been banned for breaking TOU then proceeded to ban evade.
