Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? DDOS Threats
Server - What server did you get banned from? DARKRP
Time - How long were you banned for? Perm
Story - What happend? So the only thing i remember is i was playing and the server annoyed me so i went to a cunt and put in OOC about ddos threats i'm really sorry but this one 1 year ago so i think i have had my time
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? N/A
Extra information - I'm sorry and this was around 1 year ago
