Story/Situation - What happened?
I was at the teser with a other person this person shoot clearly he tried to shoot me I shoot back and killed him after this he reportet me and said that he didnt shoot I said that he shoot IT WAS CLEARLY that he shoot and 5m ago I got a warn for RDM+ Seargent44 dont checked the shoot logs right cuz I founded it but forgot to do a screen and than I timed out.

Yesterday:
I go on TTT 1 guy rdmed I reportet him. he answerd with dddddddddddd after it Sergant44 handled it and give them no punishment or something their stand Seargent44 is now handling your report 5sec ago. Seargent44 finished your report and the reportet player got nothing!

It is possible that he checked the damage logs and not the shot logs. I would have also advised him to open a chat in this instance as there's a discrepancy in the story you give and the one the other user tells.

If your story is true then he did in fact handle the situation incorrectly. We'll have to wait and see his side as well though.

Seargent44 didnt do anything wrong I gathered the logs before they were lost and took screenshots they are in following spoilers

2: Shot logs

I still do believe a chat should have been opened, however it seems that Seargent did nothing wrong except if you can gather proof of the logs as well as the fact he apparently didn't punish a certain user without reason.

3. Being on the server while this happened

All that happened in this situation is you mixing crunchy with someone else and killing the wrong person
