Story/Situation - my "Victim" start yelling in mic about how he has killed an innocent and how the innocent was the one shooting him. After hearing his confession and seeing the innocent body identified I killed him and he reported me. Admin handling the case was bit lost since there was no rule regarding this event

He doesn't break rules, knows them fully and I doubt he should be punished for this. He helps me all the time when I was staffing. If he was saying he killed an innocent, then that's T Bait and is still kosable.

I will handle this if no one is handling it...

I support this. DoDo was on yesterday and was playing good. He doesn't break rules on purpose.

After speaking with mrmmo I have clarified killing an innocent under any circumstance is KOSable. It is up to the people on the server wether to ask why they killed them and if they do ask wether to believe what they were saying is true.

Thanks for making an appeal and I will get a Head Admin to remove this punishment.
