Story/Situation - What happened? I put a KOS and BUILDING sign on my base, he was inside of my base, so I shot him?

Some extra extra information, I had a valid RP reason to kill him, he was inside of my base which I had a KOS sign for, I also kept the base with the KOS sign there for about 3 hours, so you saying I did that just to kill him is incorrect, also there is no rule which state that I couldn't do that anyways, considering, he was in my base?
I'd like an SA+ to handle this please.

If you seriously think you can put up a KOS sign and then kill someone that wasn't even standing inside the base but in the doorway and not be punished for it then, sorry, but you're stupid. First of all, he was inside the base, second of all, by putting a KOS sign and a prop inside the base I now own it, that is the equivalent to owning a front door and killing someone inside a building, and being warned for RDM?
