TOPIC: [SSRP] Devas unban appeal 2

This is a re-upload as my last one got locked and the person handling it has only taken into consideration what the admin said and spoke no word with me and says things which are not true.
This is just so I can get another admin to deal with this who will hopefully be reasonable enough to contact me as well to get a better conclusion.

Reason - LTAP and disrespect
Server - SSRP1
Time - 6 hours
Story - I Left the server to make 2 mute remove requests (not to avoid the mute since I didn't come back inside of my mute time anyway) and need to log off gmod to get my proof since that's just how plays tv works and forgot that it's officially seen as LTAP and it was also never told to me when the mute was given that if id log off id be banned then come back and see that I'm banned

Extra information - The disrespect was already dealt with and I didn't rejoin to avoid or try to rejoin in the time of my mute

All i know is devas was saying things to me and if i wanted to i could of muted for disrespect myself but i didnt as it was friendly banter and i know he doesnt mean it. System over hear devas and muted him when i already decided to make him have no warn. Devas then made an f1 for an sa+ to remove the mute as i already decided he didnt deserve a warn. I dont know what happened after that.
I did not witness any disrespect towards spooder or system.
But even if it was or not a false mute it still counts as ltap.
