Admins name - Tyler
Reason - I got banned alongside my community ban.
Server - SSRP
Time - Permanent
Story - I got community banned.

Extra information - I am not 100% sure if I used this account to ban evade or if it was simply banned just as I got community banned, as this must of been 5+ months ago, I do not have the memory. If I did use the account to ban evade I am very sorry, I do hope my alt account can be un-banned, as I did.
