people moan about the issue Zarp has with rulebreakers but unbanning people like you is just sourcing the issue. So no, you should not be unbanned until March or so in my opinion as a permanent ban should be a punishment not just a "All good ill be back to do the same shit again in 3 weeks." As nobody learns from this. On a server i play you have 6 chances and then perma. Then aslong as you have not done anything seriously bad such as DDOSing or Threatening it you are unbanned in April or so. Big -Support you haven't been punished enough yet. Action have consequences.

I was the one who personally made the report on you and you know me very well tam and on behalf of leon I'll say this (since we talked about this apology); what you did was unacceptable, you had both our respect and you destroyed it along with the core values that keep a community together, you have proven throughout your history you are unable to change and you had plenty of times to think about your actions and their concequences; hence, I think you should wait much longer than this, as what you've done was unacceptable

I leaked personal info and had an easier time getting unbanned (my 2nd not 3rd cm ban). You guys are too harsh on him
