So no, you should not be unbanned until March or so in my opinion as a permanent ban should be a punishment not just a "All good ill be back to do the same shit again in 3 weeks." As nobody learns from this. On a server i play you have 6 chances and then perma. Then aslong as you have not done anything seriously bad such as DDOSing or Threatening it you are unbanned in April or so. Big -Support you haven't been punished enough yet. Action have consequences.
