Staff Members Name - Levi The Evil Elf
Punishment Reason - He warned me for saying the N word Even though i wasn't using the mic at All
Server - Dark RP server
Story/Situation - we were in the spawn zone, i was taking screenshots with the camera in game and just walking around like 7 people,and completely out of Nowhere levi flies away with me, and says i'm being a racist, i'm like "wtf are you even talking about" he somehow ends up warning me for saying the N word even though i was Just walking around

Extra Information - I asked him where did i say it and how did i say it and To Who, he was like "i dunno i just heard you say it" i'm like "ok, so you have no proof of what happend and you're now uncertain" he tells me to put an appeal here and went away basically
Oh keep in mind that there was over 7 people around and lets just not ignore that people have Accents
so for all we know he heard a completely Different word and just instead of making sure of what he heard he just flies off with people and warns them

Oh, also this was the first warning i had while playing in this server and somehow its the only false one

I have spoken to Levi and he has told me that you were in-fact being racist in voice chat and thus you were given the punishment. I am afraid this will be going nowhere without any proof, sorry bud.
