Story/Situation - What happened?
I was joking around with a fairly new player, telling him binds and such and he asked me how you get money so I jokingly said '' Like this '' and i 'mugged' him. I completely forgot at this time that mugging in a public place wasn't allowed, i only did this as a joke and it didnt affect the persons gameplay at all (he didnt lose anything what-so-ever) and I believe a full warn was simply unfair because I forgot that mugging outside wasnt allowed. I did /me and all the other necessary steps; and it was a joke regardless.

EDIT: Also depending on the area some public places you can mug.

You may only mug in a place that you cannot be seen or is not visited by many people. You can also mug someone anywhere if the area is empty.
