You don't seem to regret what you did within this appeal and the logs can back that up given that you hacked twice within a span of 5 days. The only reason the previous ban was lifted was due to the kick prior being false.

STEAM_0:0:79626329 punished by Subject 11 (STEAM_0:0:34636575). Banned on 09/11/2017 - 20:10:42 for permanent with reason Hacking, again.

STEAM_0:0:79626329 punished by |Z| Morgan (STEAM_0:1:82175). Banned on 14/11/2017 - 17:21:58 for permanent with reason Hacking

You won't get anywhere with your negative attitude first of all, and second of all you were using ESP and you lied about it. If you really wanna get unbanned, tell the truth and put more effort in your appeal. You don't even seem to be apologetic and your attitude says enough so. I'd suggest you to fix your attitude and be more apologetic next time you appeal, me and Morgan decided to deny this. Fyi, lying won't get you anywhere but would increase the chance of you being kept permanently banned for a longer time.
