As most know it was originally 7 days in which I waited out without doing anything else to do with the staff or server NOW RANDOMLY BEEN SET TO PERMA BAN FOR GOD KNOWS WHAT REASON. same reason it claims yet I aint been near the server kind of weird. been a few weeks now since my ban...

Story - What happened?

Basically I went on death run around a week ago maybe a day extra ago and I started talking about "DIGGERS" in which is a vehicle for those that don't know and because I understand that some people aren't English I link an image in chat so they all knew what I was on about, scum told me to stop loop holing in which I responded with it not being loop hole as it is an actual thing within the world itself and told him to go learn what a real loop hole was and called him a "Cunt" and I proceeded with my conversation as to me it wasn't breaking rules, then my ban happened for if I'm correct a week (I assume it was a week so I waited out a week because it was 10000+ minutes) so 2 days ago at 10pm UK standard time was my time of unban from this ban and on that day I checked and my ban said 8 hours left at around 2 in the afternoon UK standard so I was like yeah ill just wait till tomorrow as tomorrow was Saturday in order for me to start playing for the full day rather than late at night. so the next morning I woke up went on gmod tried joining death run expecting to be able to join due to my 1 week ban being over only to realise it randomly got set to perma..... I was quite angry at this as I didn't do anything wrong during this week and I literally kept myself to myself so I don't understand my perma ban at all. for what its worth id like to apologies to scum for whatever bad attitude I possibly gave u you during this time and anyone that got offended by my "digger" conversation.

once again I am sorry to anyone I offended and if any of you don't know what a digger is, it is a vehicle used to lift heavy objects the most common brand of digger is JCB diggers but yeah I would like to be unbanned as many of my mates have started playing the server again and I also want to maintain my placements on the leader boards.


Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened?

No proof but you can check my rap sheet and ask most of the staff team about this as they all seem kind of confused on why I'm perma banned as well.

Basically for anyone that actual reads my appeal and wonders why i put ban evading in to most of the Lead team are aware that i did use an alt during my weeks of a ban so let me explain why... i used the alt account out of stupidity for one as ive done it before and therefore knew the risks of getting caught. i did this mainly because once again i thought my ban was kinda unfair to points but either way i should of waited it out a bit more smoothly and not let my attitude slip and break more rules i know i'm rather stupid but then when my ban got randomly set to a permanent ban that is was forced me to use the alt more because IMO there was no need for the perma ban to be in place because all i did was say the word "digger" which is a large vehicle and to me its not loophole so i argued my case but let my temper get in front of me causing me to call the staff member dealing with it "cunt" so basically im sorry:

to scum personally: im sorry lad that i showed you my horrible attitude towards you during this event a few weeks back and well it was pointless me carrying on the argument as you gave me multiple chances yet i ignored them due to the fact i didn't see anything wrong with it at this time.

the server as a whole: im sorry to anyone that was there during this scenario and witnessed my poor lack of care towards the staff members and potentially to the way the server is being run and im sorry to anyone i effected whilst i used the alt account in question which pretty much only the lead team are aware of but yeah im sorry to anyone that i guess i cheated out of exp and a fun experience whilst i played on my alt account.

the community as a whole: im sorry to the community as prior to my ban i was doing OK in terms of not breaking rules nor receiving any bans not only on death run but on all zarps servers and even on the forums and team Speak. im sorry to those members within the community that feel disappointed with me and my recent actions and im sorry to those members within the community that i personally apologised to within my post saying im sorry and that im changing as now it seems like i haven't this applies mainly to the lead team members and community team though as they were the ones that keep giving me the chances of being unbanned and yet i somehow find my way back to permanent ones.



thanks for reading and I hope i can be forgiven by the community for my actions and my non stop mingeing within the servers and i assure you that will stop this time for good as i have matured (a small bit) and because i know i have people that will keep me in line and that will help prevent me from going back to this way.

finally i know that this is a risky appeal and many will show a lot of negativity towards it but i am truly sorry to anyone that i have effected and i would like to be unbanned so i can play and prove my change, once again thanks for leaving and please be dreadfully honest with your opinions on this!



p.s i would prefer it if raeker could handle this appeal just personal preference and the fact he is really experienced with it.

The sheer amount of effort you put into the appeal shows how you really do want to be unbanned. I also accept your apology and I also will say this: sorry.
You do really care about death-run and I know that. I hope this does get accepted aswell. Make sure if you do get unbanned, please keep the bad attitude to a minimum (thats if you still have it).
Also taking into account the ban-evade. I don't know why you did that, but It still kind of shows how much you still want to play death-run. Hope we can get on good terms again.
About the digger thing, at the end when I banned you, instead of you saying digger over and over you put different letters at the start of the word and saying them over and over. If you can't remember, then that's what I remember atleast.

After having discussed it with multiple high ranking staff members, we feel like you should wait a while longer before appealing the ban. The ban has a great amount of effort put into it and it was greatly appreciated by us, however the rude behaviour as well as the ban evasion is too big of a black mark for us to ignore. Please behave well in the community (forums, Teamspeak, other servers) and we'll definitely consider lowering your ban in the future.
