Name - What is your in-game name? -- joe-sweeney123
STEAM-ID - What is your STEAM-ID? -- STEAM_0:0:202817355
Admins name - Who banned you/who might it be? |Z| Windows
Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? -- apparently death avoiding + 6 recent punishments (I don't know how) + a recent ban (which I would have appealed for but cba with drama)
Server - What server did you get banned from? Deathrun
Time - How long were you banned for? 5 days (ikr fucking harsh)
Story - What happened? Basically the one and only, untrained as it seems, SA dishes out a ban to myself for death avoiding + recent punishments + recent ban. First off with the death avoidance, I activated 2+ traps while I was death which isn't death avoiding at all and secondly I wasn't issued with a verbal warn, I wasn't issued with a warn, and I wasn't issued a kick, this cunt just straight up banned me, such a nice fellow as it seems. if this dude denies any of this shit i'd like to see his proof showing how I was death avoiding.
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? no proof but i'll be happy for someone to handle this, preferably a long standing lead team member.
Extra information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban. I, personally, would like this geezer to be retrained and told what a ban is issued for and when, because he/she clearly doesn't understand.

Well Actually you got verbally warned twice, first from windows and then from me. You activated 2 traps at the very start then was just minging around the start for the rest of the round. After both the verbals you kept carrying on so Windows banned you for your 7 recent punishments and recent ban. He doesn't need retraining you need to re-read the rules.

P.S. I can post proof if needed

Thank you for appealing your ban. I have looked at the situation and I have come to the conclusion that you will not be unbanned It's not that big of a ban so you can just wait it out...
