TOPIC: [SSRP] Gmod Trollers Ban Appeal

Story - What happend?
So I was messing around with FluffyOP on Server 1 and we was killing each other with a tommy gun, after I killed him not even 2 seconds afterwards I started baiting this cop next to me to come after me, I shot at the wall (at least I presumed) and my crosshair wasnt on him whatsoever, it was on the wall near him. I held down my mouse one and shot two bullets and it killed him. I never thought anything about it at the time. Then I get TPd, he uploads the video. I get banned for it.
I WAS NOT looking at him, my crosshair wasn't even on him, I don't know if this is hitboxes, the spread of the shotgun or whatever but I didn't mean to kill him nor could I control what happened.
This is what I hate, Spicy just kept being a smartass and a dick about the situation, I told him numerous times I couldn't control it, I wasn't even looking at him and the bullets hit him.


The thing that pisses me off the most, is the fact that he just wouldn't listen when I said it was out of my reach.
now yes I did break rules previously and have recents, but if it wasn't for this I wouldn't have gotten banned.

now I know I wasn't the maturest, but I am getting really pissed off on the way he is responding to me.

I find this really stupid that he wouldn't listen to a word I said, and the fact that he just went off his instinct that I am "lying" about not looking at him. I did not try to shoot him whatsoever.

who ever handles this please contact me AND Spicy at the same time, id like to have a chat with the handling admin (LT+ not clarky mainly just want onion) and the admin who banned me (spicy). So we can work this out, becasue if it wasn't for the hitboxes no rules would be broken. as you can see in the video and OnionRings even confirmed I wasnt looking at the player. You cannot blame the spread, simply for the fact that spread is only 2-3 small bullets, but the entire shot hit him both times he was shot (its a autoshotgun, I was holding down MOuse1) thats why he died so fast, so it wasnt the spread, it was the hitboxes that the ENTIRE Shot had hit.
If it wasn't for the hitboxes no rules would have been broken, also one of my recents is false (which spicy can confirm) as I was jailed with little to no proof (onion said the proof was no enough). He unbanned me because the ban was not fiar, the proof was not enough then he proceeded to jail me (which still isnt valid).

First of all, I never said the jail was not valid, the jail was 100% valid, I just came to the conclusion that a ban for how many recents wasn’t ready so I gave you another chance(a jail), whoever handles this just find my steam community link by going to SSRP staff list and searching me by STEAM ID. Also I would like other staff to see it since 1 lt member blamed hitoboxes, and two said it was rdm.
