Punishment Reason - What was the reason of the warning(s)? Disrespect

Story/Situation - What happened? Coda killed a cop and I killed him, I went AFK and came back dead. I spawned and killed him and so started a chain of me and him killing each other. When he got killed he said why Nlr and rdm and there I said "you're gay." This is merely a response to his claim.

I saw this on the forums, and Duskyplays shouldn't have warned you. 1. Personally I believe people shouldn't be warned just for calling someone gay, they should get a verbal max, unless they do it consistently 2. The report I'm referring to doesn't include any Staff/LT, there was a report made earlier on the forums which was locked before I got the chance to reply to it. Dusky handled it and gave Whidd a warning even though there was no screenshot of the [TAB] menu, so there wasn't sufficient evidence.

Hello Whidd, I am terribly sorry for the long wait but I haven't been able to contact Dusky for over 24 hours now so I have had to come up with a conclusion myself. I have taken a look at your rapsheet and to be honest this is just a silly warning in my eyes. You should have been muted in chat rather than being warned for something so small or even given a verbal warning... I haven't had chance to speak to Dusky so I don't know if you already had a verbal warning at the time. As of now this has been accepted!
