Story - What happend?
I broke a rule and I was getting kicked for it. While I was getting kicked my screen turned black and it said in huge letters 'Leaving voluntarily is also an option.' So that is what I did; I simply disconnected from the server. When I returned I immediately got teleported and frozen by some admin who told me that I left to avoid punishment and that I would receive a ban for it. They pretty much ignored me whilst I was explaining the situation and did not really seem to care. They also asked me whether I understood why I got banned and when I said 'no', they did not really care and just banned me without going into the discussion.

So, in short, I got banned for disconnecting while getting kicked, even though it said it was okay to do so.

Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened?
This screenshot shows I was actually on the server while I was getting banned for 'LEAVING to avoid punishment'. They could have done something else instead but no, they insisted on banning me.



Extra information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban.
Either change the text that says 'Leaving voluntarily is an option' or don't ban people for doing something that is pointed out for being okay. They also seemed a bit powerhungry so they might have been paid mods.

It didn't say you can leave, it said if you leave you will still be banned

As a matter of fact, it did say that 'leaving voluntarily is an option.' I would show you if I weren't banned.

Just a quick example.



See? It is unreasonable to get banned for leaving, even though it says so it's allowed.

LTAP is only when you're leaving only to rejoin the server afterwards.

@Sally I keep forgetting the login details.

@Raeker Kicking would effectively have the same outcome.

I mean yeah if you're on the 'being kicked' screen it does say you can leave, I don't know though if the kick logs on the rapsheet even if you leave in the middle of being kicked. I'll see what I can do about this later on, unless if someone can handle this now.

I have talked to Bryn and decided to give you another chance, he was confused about the LTAP thing but you'll still be punished for breaking the rules by giving you a warning once you come back again on the servers. You have been unbanned and make sure not to break no more rules and read it again before you're playing on the servers again or you can read it in-game by typing in chat /rules
