Reason - Raiding with no scan-8Recents.

Story - I was behind the double doors area in the bank district and had gotten a positive scan for illegal money printing after this scan i went on the roof and started to use my matador in the process of doing so my F1 was answered i spent a couple of minutes speaking to an admin Name- Eleven.

Once eleven took me back to the roof i was previously on i began to raid again thinking nothing of it what so ever seeing CDC that was inside previously i continued instinctively thinking the raid was still on-going i fired one matador and was instantly teleported to by MSMS. In the sit with the admin i explained that i scanned a few minutes prior to going into my previous sit and i couldn't provide a clip of me scanning at the time which i still need to look through my recordings and if i can find it i will insert the video below at a later date however of course the admin insisted that i was lying so after explaining if i did break the rules i would happily apologise and even offer a refund of some sort if necessary and that there was zero intention of a rule break, however the admin refused this and decided to ban me for One week and 5 Days.

MSMS and Eleven have abused their powers so many times and ignore f1's constantly.
Hopefully something is done about your ban man I'm in the same boat.

To be fair eleven did nothing wrong in this at all but MSMS seems to have a personal problem with me. Used to RDM me alot etc when he wasnt a staff, however its pretty clear that he was watching me before apparently breaking the rules and rather than tell me before i used a matador that i was going to supposedly rulebreak he waited until i actually shot a rocket at the base to instantly teleport to me, funny isnt it.

MSMS You used to constantly rdm before you were a mod and one occasion even spawn camped mutants, then warned them if they gave you abuse for it.

i will gladly hop on the servers and take a screenshot of your rapsheet. you're lucky you haven't been banned longer i personally would have made it a month.

Correct i have 8Recents however funnily enough im not appealing my rapsheet im appealing against the situation on what i received my ban on, i know its hard to believe isn't it, glad i could explain the situation to you though maybe you can understand now <3

you don't seem to understand. the reason you got banned in that "situation" is because the admin had a look at your packed rapsheet. so technically speaking your rapsheet lead to you receiving a ban, this long as well.

you forgot to mention you got off a 1 week ban and u still breaking the rules
that means u dont care about the rules and you have no intention to RP

He just went out of his way for this he is showing he really wants an unban and he will try harder next time. Maybe shorten this one and if he is like this again ban him for a month

''Still breaking the rules'' Well thats funny because i don't believe i broke the rules here actually like you can see in my story, MsMs you've had this personal problem with me since before you was a staff and i dont quite understand why you like to do this but all i can do is sadly try and prove my innocence as useless as it might be going against an admin i have to try my best to put a stop to the constant staff abuse and lies.
