I just re-read this appeal,THIS IS 100% FALSE,none of this happened.
First of all this guy wasn't a shop owner but a gangster.Me and Klam had a nuke on S3 and this guy kept trying to destroy it,we killed him the first time,he came back the second time and we killed him again,he then came back the third time and gluonned us by surprise and destroyed our nuke,when i confronted him in OOC and said that he was gonna get warned for it he quickly left the server. (Disconnected by user and not Timed out).
This appeal is all a lie im gonna be very surprised if this gets accepted.

When you state we have no proof, we are saying that since you have no proof, are you sure you didn’t take any screenshots or take an videos during this?

to be honest I am lost now. We defiantly do need a CM+ to check logs because these are two different stories but also couldn't someone just ask Na1 or VeGo about this?

I've spoken to Vegovego, and there were two things wrong. First of all, Na1 overruled this ban accidentally. I have discussed it with him and it will return to Vegovego's original ban, which is a week.

You apparently broke NLR, Raidtimer and then disconnected from the server. That would not count as LTAP, however the rulebreaks as well as your recent punishments (which includes another ban) are enough to ban you. Vego checked your recent punishments of which you had 7 and decided to ban you for a week with the context he had.

The ban is valid and isn't going anywhere.
