TOPIC: Citcra's unban request (FALSE BAN)

Story - First of all, the ban reason is all bullshit, all i did was sit in my base, then some guy comes in and i kill him. Then i get into admin sit and explain it to him, he lies about me getting killed by him and i misstype that "i never killed him , instead of "i never got killed by him" and admin says im lying ,when first when i got tped into the sit i said that i killed him in my base, why would i lie when i already said that i got killed by him? and the ban reason is "NLR / LTAP / RAID TIMER " All i did was
tldr:
- i sit in base
-i kill guy who comes in
- he makes f1 that i rdmed him
- admin talks to me
-i explain that i killed him for selfdefence, but he starts some bullshit that i break nlr even tho he NEVER KILLED ME. Even the other moderator confirmed that i got never killed by him .
- my game crashes , but im joining back
- i got banned for NLR / LTAP / RAID TIMER
, even tho i never broke nlr, i never got killed by him, I did leave the admin sit because my game crashed, and i literally was joniing under 30 seconds and he still banned me?

TLDR 2.0 : I killed someone for breaking into my base, he lies about me breaking nlr, and i get banned for :
NLR / LTAP / RAID TIMER
- RAID TIMER? i did not raid anyone i was shop owner wtf?????????
- i never got killed by the guy ( i dont remember his name)
- LTAP? My game fucking crashed.
- Only thing i did is kill someone for breaking in my fucking base?

Now i want to know why this "moderator" bans me for 6 days for killing someone and why the fuck he made up those 3 other things even tho another moderator told him that i never got killed by him????????????

Seriously this ban is so bullshit, admin made up 3 rules that i broke up even tho i did not break anything, why would i break any rules when i just was unbanned??????????? Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban.

literally this is so bullshit , the moderator made up 3 rules that i did not break because i did not even raid or get killed by the guy so how could i break NLR / RAID TIMER ????????? And i left the admin sit because my game crashed and i was rejoining the fucking server lol.

Alot of problems with your appeal I can see.
1st, Vego is not on the staff list, I dont even think he is staff anymore.
2nd You have no proof.
3rd Your ban reason does not reflect what you said you did, which makes me feel like you arent telling us the truth.
4th Mods can not ban
5th "Made up 3 rules" Nlr is a rule, you are not meant to leave while the staff member is giving your punishment, raid timer is also a rule, this shows you dont know the rules.
6th Id imagine the admin that banned you would see if you either "crashed" or if it said "disconnected by user"

This ban seams fair considering the 7 you have are illegal printing, mining outside of map, racism, loophooling, rdming , disrespect, and not following shop owner rules which you were shop owner like you said when you got banned. You have a lot of charges against you so maybe you need some time to reflect on how much you are negatively affecting the server.

wait wait wait wait wait hold on here. Look at those logs that Spicy showed ok? He was banned for warns before his first ban. So he had 9 rule breaks before a 6 day, 12 hour ban ok. Then he waited out the ban he got for those recents by loxeo then the day he gets back because the day his ban ended he gets a 1 day ban from VeGo then VeGo two minutes later made it a 1 week ban. Now this is where it gets weird. 1 hour and 13 minutes later Na1 makes it a 1 day and 7 hour ban. Why did he change it? Then 20 seconds later it is a five day 12 hour ban. You see they included warnings. Look at the logs ok since he came off the ban he got ZERO warning but they said he had 6 recents. Now they said in it also he lied to them but they are lying to us though right? What the staff member banned him for is not fully true according to Spicy's logs (). I think we need an Explanation from both staff members because the reasons for the ban seem kinda shady.

I said this several times, YOU arent listening to me. You have NO proof that goes against you not breaking nlr, raid timer

Don't people usually only get warned for breaking raid timer or nlr? Why is this kid still banned if half of the reason he is banned is false?

Although I'm technically on a break, I'll go and take a proper look at this ban. If it's false you'll be unbanned, if it's valid I'll give you a proper in-depth response as to why that is. Just be patient as I don't think I have Vego on Steam.
