Unfortunately, the first time is not a ban unless they lie. The second time caught is a perma with chance of appeal.

However, the user in question should stay banned for at *least* a month or two in both of these scenarios: lying first time, or 2nd time caught. Really, up to the admin.

Ah remember when you got caught by me and banned then unbanned within a month, such generosity

But anyways back to the topic, Im glad you realised your wrongdoings and hopefully you won't do it again - Id give it a month before considering to unban you as long as you have a good attitude and will be willing to follow the rules at all times.
