You can ask, and there's a few reasons
1) He came to mind very quickly
2) He was the one who raised the demotion, so it felt right as an example.
3) He does the things I do

I was informed that out of all of the 50 most recent forum bans, none of them were yours. When we ban 10 people+ per day on the forums and none of them in the past 50 were yours, it throws up some red flags as to whether you're doing your job efficiently on the forums.
As Xnator pointed out, I do do my job. I don't, however, ban a lot, what I often choose to do instead is to REMOVE the topics/comments that are breaking TOU, I'm not a very harsh person and never really see someone repost a comment I deleted. And for the spam bots (whatever you wanna call em), I didn't see many of them due to me being at work a lot, which is (like I mentioned before) temporary.

Fair enough, not many bans. But just because I don't ban on first TOU break (Overexadurated) and because I don't manage to scoop out bots as much as I used to due to a limited amount of time per day, doesn't mean I don't do the other things a moderator should do.
