Story - So basically I refused to pay out a bet because I thought it wasn't valid and got permanently banned for it , it was a huge mess and I regret what I did.On the ban reason it said "come back when you are willing to pay up the item" or something along those lines if I remember correctly, and I'm willing to do that now. I do apologize for what I did and I promise that it won't happen again.
